This year marked the launch of the Student Leadership Committee (SLC), an exciting new initiative under the PTSA. As an organization that represents students, we wanted to create an opportunity for them to become more directly involved by joining as junior members of the PTSA.

The Student Leadership Committee (SLC) was established to empower students to take an active role in shaping their school community. Through collaboration with school administration, students participated in initiatives such as Red Ribbon Week, Toys for Tots, Black History Month, and Earth Day, contributing creative ideas and service-driven projects.

The SLC provides students with a voice in decision-making, helps build leadership skills, and fosters school spirit, inclusivity, and a stronger sense of community.
